RIMIK provides a fully customisable range of soil sampling push tube diameters from 32mm (1 1/4”) to 50mm (2”) in Chromoly steel including various cutting tip sizes. Chromoly is preferred for its weight advantages arising from its much higher tensile strength over steel pipe, drawn steel and stainless steel tube. It has higher corrosion resistance which limits surface rust in storage.
